MEET THE STAFF:
Our Veterinarian, Dr. Dean Joines has over 40 years experience as a veterinarian. He received his BS in Animal Science from Texas Tech and continued on to complete his DVM from Texas A & M University.
During his free time, he enjoys cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs.
Ms. Silverstein is Pet Care Veterinary Clinic’s Executive Consultant. She is responsible for coordinating our marketing and public relations events, as well as assisting with our Personnel Administrative Operations.
You will see her around town promoting Pet Care Veterinary Clinic services and working to ensure that the community is aware of Pet Care Veterinary Clinic’s commitment to pets’ healthcare and quality of life.
During her free time, Ms. Silverstein enjoys Art museums, the Theater, Opera, and Symphony; Wine Tastings, Fine Dining, Frank Sinatra, Fashion, Traveling, and of course, watching the New England Patriots win another NFL Super Bowl.
Terri is both our Office Manager and a certified pet groomer at Pet Care Veterinary Clinic. She has been certified as a groomer since 2004 and has been grooming pets since 1992.
She has a way with all pets, from great big mastiffs to tiny rowdy calicos. Not only does Terri groom pets but she also likes to help out in client rooms and around the clinic as a whole.
When Terri is away from the Pet Care clinic, she enjoys spending time with her loyal blue heeler Sapphire and her family.
Patty is a receptionist here at Pet Care Veterinary Clinic since 2010. Her position is to greet clients as they arrive and make sure their experience at our office is a great one. Patty received her certification from TSTC as a medical information specialist. Her position entails setting up new customers, admitting and discharging patients, financial transactions and over the counter sales.
Patty has 2 cute pets of her own. A Labrador, named Baby, and a Maine cat, named Dexter. She has a great love of pets and it shows! She also enjoys spending time with her family.
Karen is one of our vet techs here at Pet Care Veterinary Clinic that assists in our kennel department. She has worked here for many years. Growing up on a ranch she developed a great love for animals such as her fur baby Fritz Von Dog, one of four pets, who was rescued here.
Karen would like to remind everyone to please adopt and save a life. All pets are important and valued.
Say hello to Morgan. Morgan is one of our most caring vet techs. He has been a part of the Pet Care team since May of 2016. When Morgan isn’t tending to pets in our boarding area or assisting Dr. Joines in client rooms, he is with his own fur babies; Xena Maris, Athena Gabrielle and Kaiser Rai.
When it’s time to run around, fetch and play, Morgan is always there to lead the way.
Sabrina is a recent addition to our Pet Care Veterinary Clinic family since June 2019. Since her childhood, she dreamed of joining the Veterinary field. She is one of our dedicated vet techs with a passion for animal care. At work, she answers the phone and assists Dr.Joines in client rooms. At home, Sabrina is a mother to her furbaby, Rollie, who is a Catahoula.
Rebekah is the newest veterinary technician at Pet Care Veterinary Clinic. She comes from a family of veterinary technicians, so it is safe to say that she is familiar with this position. She quickly realized that this might be the career she wanted to pursue. She is a huge animal lover who treats and cares for all pets as her own.
Roxanne, better known as Roxy, is one of our newest staff at Pet Care Veterinary Clinic since October 2019. She is one of our most kind-hearted veterinary technicians who loves to meet new fur babies every day and always loves to see our regular patients. Roxy has had pets all of her life whom she loves.
